✨ Extended Holiday Returns
Most items purchased between November 1 – December 31 can be returned or exchanged until January 15 of the following year.
After this period, our standard return window of 30 days applies.
🛍 Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Personalized or custom-engraved items (such as name jewelry) may be eligible for exchange only, unless damaged or defective.
Because items are shipped from different merchants, return shipping instructions may vary. Our team will guide you through the correct process for your specific order.
🚚 Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping costs vary by merchant. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping or offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
